Pricing
AI, CRM & website pricing.
Compare custom CRM development, automation, and website pricing. AI integrations receive their own scope and quote. Use these starting points to plan the right project for your business.
All figures in USD. Nothing here is a quote until we have seen the work.
Custom CRMs & business systems
Start with the workflow. Build from there.
Start with one useful workflow, then expand as needed. Small builds include focused scoping. For a broader CRM or unclear requirements, a paid definition sprint establishes the plan before we quote the build.
System definition sprint
For larger systems or unclear requirements, we map the people, steps, permissions, connections and exceptions, then define the technical approach and a costed build plan.
Not required for every small build. Applied to the project total when the build begins within 30 days.
$2,500
1 week
Focused system build
A customer portal, internal tool, or dashboard built around one clearly defined workflow, with up to five main views, two user roles, and one straightforward integration.
Broader CRMs, additional workflows, complex booking rules, migration, extra integrations, native apps, multi-tenant SaaS, complex AI, and advanced compliance are quoted separately. Launch support and any defect correction period are agreed in writing.
Starts at $5,000
Timeline agreed with scope
Ongoing development
Reserved design and development capacity to refine your system and add agreed features as the way you work changes.
Optional. The initial term starts at $13,500 total. Capacity and priorities are agreed in writing. Rolling monthly afterward, with 30 days’ notice.
Starts at $4,500/month
3-month initial term
Hosting, third-party subscriptions, API usage, payment-processing fees, and advanced compliance requirements are quoted separately.
AI integrations & workflow automation
Find the repeated work. Connect the steps.
Start with a small follow-up setup using tools you already have. If the problem needs investigation, choose a paid audit first. Larger workflows and AI integrations receive their own scope and quote.
Automation audit
We trace the repetitive work, calculate its cost, identify failure points, and return a prioritized automation plan.
Optional for clearly defined setups. Credited toward qualifying automation builds of $5,000 or more.
$1,000
3–5 business days
Follow-up setup
One simple follow-up sequence or reminder workflow configured in a tool you already use, with agreed triggers, messages, and a clear next step.
Budget $500 to $1,000 for a small setup, subject to scope and the capabilities of your tools. Larger connected workflow builds start at $2,500. Custom code, AI, data cleanup, and migration are quoted separately. Software and usage costs are additional; ongoing support is optional.
Starts at $500

Managed automation
Monitoring, maintenance, failure recovery, and minor adjustments for the workflows already running your business.

Ask about Website CareHow this works
The questions worth asking first.
What does a starting price cover?
It covers the scope listed for that engagement. A follow-up setup configures one sequence or reminder workflow in an existing tool. A focused system build creates one custom workflow with limited views, roles, and connections. Broader systems receive a separate quote. We agree scope, timing, support, and the final price in writing before work begins.
Do I need a paid audit or definition sprint first?
Not for every project. The first conversation is free, and clearly defined small setups and builds include focused scoping. If requirements need investigation, we agree a paid automation audit or system definition sprint first. These are fixed-fee engagements with their own deliverables and the credit terms listed above.
Do the website timelines apply to custom systems?
No. Each engagement has its own delivery window. For the website packages, a first working version means a viewable site at a private link with structure, design and content in place. Launch still depends on your content, domain and hosting access, and approval.
What does the website launch warranty cover?
Defects in the website we built, within the warranty window listed for that package. We fix those at no cost. New features, redesign requests and ongoing content changes are separate work, quoted before we start.
How does support differ from ongoing development?
Managed automation covers monitoring, maintenance, failure recovery and minor adjustments to existing workflows. New workflows and substantial changes are scoped separately. Ongoing development reserves design and development capacity for agreed feature work and continued refinement.
How does payment work?
Split across the project: a deposit to hold the schedule, a payment at design approval, and the balance before launch. Care plans and retainers are billed monthly.
